At Bertilacchi Landscape, landscape management is approached with the same level of care and knowledge used during installation. Our maintenance team includes Landscape Industry Certified Technicians, trained in plant care, irrigation management, and responsible chemical use.

While pesticides and herbicides can sometimes be necessary to protect plant health, we believe they should be used thoughtfully and only when appropriate. Our approach prioritizes sound horticultural practices first — proper pruning, soil health, irrigation adjustments, and plant compatibility — while minimizing unnecessary chemical applications whenever possible.

Landscape care can be tailored to the needs of each property. Some clients prefer a detailed horticultural approach that focuses on plant health and long-term landscape performance. Others simply want reliable service that keeps their property clean, safe, and well maintained. Our team is able to provide both.

Bertilacchi Landscape manages landscapes across a variety of property types throughout the Central Coast, including commercial properties, apartment communities, townhomes, homeowners associations, and private residences.
